As a soccer coach with around 32 years of experience at various levels and as a former girl’s director, I have seen my share of irrational behavior and thought. Coaches, referees, players, and administrators have provided numerous examples of this behavior, but I want to focus on parents in regards to tryouts and playing time in this article.
