Division 3 Registration Night:

U-16 Boys 5:00-6:00 PM
U-16 Girls 6:00-7:30 PM
There will be a Division 3 Registration Night for the Older age-groups. Please make sure all of your teammates and parents are aware of this date and attend.
1. 1x1 Color Photo (head and shoulders, no hats/glasses)
2. Copy of player’s Birth Certificate
3. Fill out a CYSA 1601 Registration Form (NEEDS TO BE IN BLUE INK!!!). You can find the registration form online and bring it already filled out to speed up the registration process:
Registration will be $270. Please make checks payable to COSC, or visit our web-site (www.californiaodyssey.org) to pay through PayPal, under the Parent Zone.
Registration will be held at the Odyssey office (325 Clovis Ave.).
