Division 3 Registration Nights:
There will be three Division 3 Registration Nights for the Younger age-groups. Please make sure all of your teammates and parents are aware of these dates and attend.
1. Color Photo (head and shoulders, no hats/glasses)
2. Copy of player’s Birth Certificate
3. Fill out a CYSA 1601 Registration Form (NEEDS TO BE IN BLUE INK!!!). You can find the registration form online and bring it already filled out to speed up the registration process:
Registration will be $270. Please make checks payable to COSC, or visit our web-site (www.californiaodyssey.org) to pay through PayPal.
Here are the Registration Dates:
May 18 U-12 Boys 6:00-7:00 PM, Girls 7:00-8:00 PM
May 19 U-14 Boys 6:00-7:00 PM, Girls 7:00-8:30 PM
May 21 Make-Up Date for those who can not attend 18 or 19, 6:00-7:00 PM.
Registration will be held at the Odyssey Office (325 Clovis Ave.).
