Copa Univision 2012

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The girls divisions have been cancelled due to lack of participation.
 
Copa Univision is a US Club tournament for age groups U9-U18, BOYS ONLY.  CYSA teams are welcome, but must purchase supplemental insurance to participate (see below).

Cost
U9-U11 teams (8v8) pay $400 to participate
U12-U18 teams (11v11) pay $550 to participate 
 
Note: CYSA teams (without US Club passes) will need suplemental insurance, since CYSA will not insure you for this tournament.  US Club insurance is $100 per team and can be purchased here.
 
Check-In 
Mandatory check-in will be Friday, September 21, between 6:00pm and 9:00pm at the Odyssey office, 435 N. Clovis Ave., #103, Clovis, CA 93611.
 
For check-in, you will need:
  • Official CYSA (goldenrod) or US Club Team Roster
  • Official 2012/2013 player pass for every player  
  • Official Coach passes 
  • Completed Guest Form and Player Pass for Guests  
  • Medical & Liability Release forms for each player
  • Proof of insurance for non-US Club teams
